Information you give us
The only place this site asks for personal information is the quote request form. When you submit it, we receive:
- Your name and email address (required)
- Your business name, if you enter one
- The type of project you selected
- Anything you write in the message box
We use this only to reply to your request and discuss working together. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing, and we won't add you to a mailing list without asking first.
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, which forwards them to us by email. The site itself is hosted by Netlify. If you'd rather not use the form, call or text (864) 485-8761 instead.
Information collected automatically
If you accept analytics cookies, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages visitors find useful. It records things like which pages you viewed, roughly how long you stayed, the site or search that referred you, your approximate location (city level), and your device and browser type. IP addresses are anonymized.
We use this to improve the site. It is not used for advertising, and we have advertising and personalization signals switched off permanently in our Google Analytics configuration.
Analytics are off until you say yes. When you first visit, cookies are blocked by default and you're asked to choose. If you decline — or simply ignore the banner — no analytics cookies are ever set. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Google also offers a browser opt-out add-on that blocks Google Analytics on every site you visit.
Third parties
A small number of outside services are involved in running this site:
- Netlify — hosts the site. Their servers keep standard access logs, including visitor IP addresses.
- Web3Forms — receives quote form submissions and forwards them to our email. They process the details you type into the form.
- Google Analytics — website analytics, only after you accept.
- Google Fonts — the typefaces on this site load from Google's servers, which means your IP address and browser details are visible to Google when a page loads. This happens whether or not you accept analytics cookies. If you'd prefer this didn't happen, let us know and we can serve the fonts directly instead.
How long we keep things
Quote requests are kept in our email for as long as we might reasonably need them — typically up to two years — so we can pick a conversation back up. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months and then deleted automatically. If you ask us to delete your information, we will.
Your choices
- Accept or decline analytics — using the banner, or the Cookie settings link in the footer.
- Ask what we hold — email us and we'll tell you what we have about you.
- Ask us to delete it — email us and we'll remove it, unless we're legally required to keep it.
- Skip the form entirely — call or text instead, and nothing is stored on this website at all.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. We honor these requests regardless of where you live — just ask.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, so anything you send through the form is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information — passwords, payment details, or account numbers — through the quote form.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be noted clearly rather than slipped in quietly.
